Ronald D. Kelsay
received his bachelors and masters degrees from Ball State University, located
in Muncie, Indiana. Mr. Kelsay received his law degree in 1992 from the
University of Arkansas-Little Rock. Mr. Kelsay worked in the private
sector for seven years after graduating from law school. He has been in
private practice in Hot Springs, Arkansas since October 1,1999. Mr. Kelsay
is licensed to practice in all the Arkansas State courts, the federal district
courts, the Arkansas federal bankruptcy
courts, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ron is active in the
Garland County Bar Association as well as the Arkansas Bar Association,
where he is on the Arkansas Findalawyer Committee. Mr. Kelsay is a
part-time public defender and has an active civil and criminal practice.
